These architectural drawings were my final project for a technical design class. I was tasked with the space planning for a medium sized law office. I was given area requirements for rooms and a list of functional spaces that were required.

My design solution focused on creating a space which was functional and had a natural flow. Reception, conference room, and bathrooms are placed near front in the public zone. The partner's office is placed just beyond the public area and acts as the entrance into the main work zones. The research library and paralegal space are grouped together as they require the least interaction with clients.

I developed the floor plan, furniture plan, reflected ceiling plan, elevations, and a section of cabinets in the break room.
